The executive project design has been one of the historic strengths of our group and this can be witnessed through the great number of project and clients, whit which a verifiable satisfaction level has been achieved, always complying with scopes under contract.

Our group has participated in projects from different disciplines, such as the aeronautics, urban development, leisure, commercial and housing facilities, etc., summing more than 60,000,000 m2.

The current methodology used by Grupo TADCO for project performance is based on the BIM system, allowing a great organization for project planning.

With the correct application of our processes, we assure different benefits. For instance, time and cost saving, which can be undertaken thanks to the detection of problems that could become irreversible or expensive during the construction phase in the design process.
