DIRIAMBA HOSPITAL

Through the Ministry of Health, the construction of a new hospital is planned to be located on the north side of the Manuel de Jesús Rivera "La Mascota" Health Center in the Diriamba municipality in Carazo, Nicaragua.

The hospital will have a construction area of 20 thousand square meters, with a capacity of 95 census beds plus 82 non-census beds, with high-tech equipment. In addition, it will serve different specialties such as: Pediatrics, Gynecology-Obstetrics, Orthopedics, Traumatology, pulmonology and cardiology, among others.

As a part of the scope, is the application of the BIM Methodology to the project design. The fundamental goal of implementing this methodology is to ensure the efficiency of processes throughout the project's life cycle to achieve its sustainability. This is achieved through the management of timely and reliable information serving decision-making, aiming to prevent and/or reduce cost, time, and quality deviation.
