Nowadays, there are several tools to achieve the successful construction of any building. In the case of the BFK 230 Tower’s project. It was chosen to work by using the BIM methodology; since it represented an efficient method for coordinating between the specialties during the design phase, and the construction process, helping on making better decisions and providing a valued instrument for the specialists in structure, by minimizing error, and improving the construction’s logistics due to the reduced space of the area.

This methodology also pretends to be an efficient instrument in a following phase of this building, by reducing the operational expenses and easing the maintenance of the building being a main part of the benefits for the owners and investors.
